Experienced in Hydrogen and other Renewables, I will save you time and money by combining all of these skill sets into one person. I can use your sites, or find and negotiate the sale, lease, option, or easements required for your project on sites i find that meet your specifications. Keeping in mind the zoning, topography, geology, and equipment requirements, I will handle design, entitlements, and permit processing sites with my team or yours. My Civil, mechanical, structural, and electrical background is uniquely suited to our Energy Sector. CEQA and California’s processes and red tape are not foreign to me, and I can help you navigate the difficult time, risk, and strategy decisions that face companies developing in California, or anywhere.
Due Diligence and Site Investigation are my specialties, and my support staff of sourcers, expediters and coordinators are available if your program merits it. I will collaborate with you and your team to be a large or small part of your program. I can manage it if that is your preference.
